Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior VMware Engineer who will not only manage and
troubleshoot VMware infrastructure but also coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive
issue resolution, and ensure smooth operations. The role requires strong technical expertise,
ownership, and excellent communication skills to manage tasks, assign work to relevant
teams, and ensure timely closure.

Key Responsibilities:
VMware Infrastructure Management
 Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtualized workloads.
 Perform VM creation, migration, resource allocation, snapshots, storage management, and cluster administration.
 Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability.

Cross-Team Coordination
 Collaborate with multiple teams including Network, Storage, Backup, Security, and application teams.
 Evaluate incoming issues, categorize them, and assign tasks to the appropriate teams.
 Follow up on task status, ensure SLA compliance, and escalate when required.
 Communicate updates and action items to stakeholders.

Incident & Problem Management
 Lead technical bridges for critical incidents.
 Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term fixes.
 Maintain documentation for incidents, changes, and configurations.

Operational Excellence
 Implement best practices for VMware infrastructure.
 Assist in planning upgrades, patching activities, and capacity expansion.
 Ensure adherence to security standards and audit requirements.

Documentation & Reporting
 Maintain up-to-date SOPs, technical documentation, and configuration details.
 Provide regular reports on system performance, incidents, and task status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere VM management.
 Good understanding of storage concepts (SAN/NAS), networks, and backup technologies.
 Experience in handling large-scale virtual environments.
 Excellent coordination, communication, and task management skills.
 Ability to take ownership and lead during critical issues.
 Certification preferred: VCP (VMware Certified Professional).

Job Description:
As an IT Infrastructure – Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales
growth by promoting and selling our IT infrastructure solutions to new and existing clients. Your role
involves identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and building strong relationships to
enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:
 Prospecting & Lead Generation:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
 Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients within your assigned territory.
 Client Engagement:
 Schedule and conduct on-site meetings with prospects and existing clients to assess their IT
infrastructure needs.
 Understand client challenges and present customized solutions to address those needs.
 Sales Presentations:
 Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations that highlight the
benefits of our IT infrastructure solutions.
 Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing and implementation plans, tailored to client requirements.
 Relationship Building:
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in
client organizations.

Oracle DBA

Job description

  • The Oracle Database Administrator is responsible for configuring, administering, and maintaining the Oracle database environments.
  • Responsibilities include database upgrades, patching, security, troubleshooting and issue resolution, backup procedures, and performance tuning.
  • In addition, application DBA s will provide support and direction to developers and other support personnel as needed.
  • Daily responsibilities include monitoring production environment, providing acceptable system performance, and assuring data is protected and recoverable as required and assuring data is protected and recoverable as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration, tunning, patching, refreshes and upgrading database environment using different utilities.
  • Setting up and monitoring standby databases, DR-Drill, backup and recovery techniques, diagnose and correct performance problems.
  • Proven experience managing database configurations.
  • Managing database Users, Roles, Profiles, Permissions and Security. Create and publish database health check reports.
  • Perform regular maintenance activities.
  • Monitoring Space management, users activities, and resource utilization. Ability to independently maintain and administer databases.
  • Ability to learn and adapt procedures, processes, and new technologies quickly.
  • Good logical and analytical skill.

  • Good understanding of Oracle database concepts and structures on various in-house and cloud platforms.

Good understanding of Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Client/Server Connectivity.
  • Experience of implementing operational automation using Ansible playbooks or any other tools.
  • Experience of writing shell scripts as well as knowledge in general system administration tasks.
  • Experience of setting up Oracle high availability [RAC, Dataguard] environment using various tools.
  • Experience of database administration, development, maintenance, and production support.
  • Experience of managing Oracle databases on various cloud environments. Experience of identifying performance problems and optimization of database performance.
  • Experience on planning and Performing optimal Backup and Recovery solutions.
  • Good knowledge of RAC, ASM, RMAN, Dataguard, Datapump and other Oracle utilities.
  • Good understanding of SQL and PLSQL Procedures, Functions, triggers. Good in providing guidance to the development team in optimizing SQL statements.
  • Good understanding on deploying code moves as part of change management.
  • Proficient in performing the recovery of the Oracle database files in various recovery scenarios.
  • Basic understanding of replication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Oracle Database versions 11g, 12c, and 19c.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with database monitoring and diagnostic tools.
