Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Ansible Automation Senior Architect to lead large-scale
automation initiatives for enterprise and private cloud environments. The role involves
designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end automation solutions using Red Hat Ansible
Automation Platform (AAP), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, and DevSecOps best
practices. The architect will work closely with delivery, presales, cloud, and customer technical
teams to implement scalable, compliant, and repeatable automation across DC, DR, and UAT
environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Architecture & Design
     Lead architecture, design, and blueprinting of automation workflows using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
     Build IaC-driven automation templates, playbooks, and role libraries for enterprise
    datacenter, cloud, and hybrid environments.
     Design automation for provisioning, configuration management, patching, Day-0/Day
    1/Day-2 operations, and compliance.
     Define automation governance, standards, versioning, tagging, and CI/CD integration.
  2. Delivery Leadership
     Own automation delivery for large programs (DC/DR/UAT environments).
     Guide engineering teams (L2/L3) in building playbooks, modules, and workflow automation.
     Review, validate, and sign-off on all automation deliverables.
     Ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and compliance needs in government/private cloud tenders.
  3. Technical Expertise
     Deep expertise in Ansible, Ansible Tower/AAP, and IaC frameworks.
     Strong experience with RHEL, Satellite, VMware, OpenShift, Cloud (AWS/Azure), networking automation, and security hardening.
     Ability to interpret RFP/RFI technical requirements and convert them into executable automation tasks.
  4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
     Work with customers, Red Hat teams, and internal delivery to align automation strategy.
     Support presales teams during estimations, BOQ preparation, and SOW definition.
     Provide technical assurance, documentation, and HLD/LLD artifacts.
  5. Quality, Compliance & Optimization
     Establish reusable automation frameworks, collections, and best practices.
     Implement monitoring, logging, and audit controls for automation pipelines.
     Optimize existing playbooks and environments for performance and operational efficiency.

    Required Skills & Experience
    Technical Skills

     10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years dedicated to Ansible & IaC.
     Strong hands-on experience with:
    o Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/Tower)
    o Ansible Core, Collections, Role-based architecture
    o Git, CI/CD pipelines, YAML, Python
    o RHEL, Satellite, RHEL HA add-ons
    o VMware, hypervisors, VMs provisioning automation
    o Multi-environment automation (DC/DR/UAT)
    o Network & Security automation (Cisco/Juniper/Firewall advantageous)

    Architectural & Delivery Skills
     Experience designing automation for large-scale infra (minimum 300–500 nodes).
     Strong documentation skills (HLD, LLD, runbooks, governance models).
     Expertise in estimating automation efforts (hours, man-days, cost).
     Ability to lead teams and manage customer expectations.

    Certifications (Preferred)
     Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)
     Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
     ITIL, Terraform Associate (added advantage)

troubleshoot VMware infrastructure but also coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive

Key Responsibilities:
VMware Infrastructure Management
 Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize VMware ESXi, vCenter, and virtualized workloads.
 Perform VM creation, migration, resource allocation, snapshots, storage management, and cluster administration.
 Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure high availability.

Cross-Team Coordination
 Collaborate with multiple teams including Network, Storage, Backup, Security, and application teams.
 Evaluate incoming issues, categorize them, and assign tasks to the appropriate teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere VM management.
 Good understanding of storage concepts (SAN/NAS), networks, and backup technologies.
 Experience in handling large-scale virtual environments.
 Excellent coordination, communication, and task management skills.
 Ability to take ownership and lead during critical issues.
 Certification preferred: VCP (VMware Certified Professional).

Job Description:
As a Nutanix Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and
maintaining Nutanix infrastructure, including hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) systems. You wi;;
provide technical support, implement new systems, and ensure the stability, availability, and
performance of Nutanix environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
 Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support for Nutanix environments, addressing
hardware and software issues reported by internal or external users.
 Infrastructure Management: Administer, operate, and manage Nutanix hyper-converged
infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
 Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy Nutanix hardware and software
components, including setting up virtual machines and storage solutions.
 Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance,
and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues proactively.
 Log Analysis and RCA: Analyze logs to identify issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
to prevent future occurrences.
 Documentation: Maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and
troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications:
 Experience: Typically requires 3-7 years of experience in system administration, specifically
with Nutanix platforms.
 Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in Nutanix technologies, including Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV) and Prism
interface.
 Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
 Knowledge of Linux operating systems is often essential.
 Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to diagnose technical problems effectively.
 Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical
