Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MDM Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and
troubleshoot mobile and endpoint devices using ScaleFusion or similar MDM platforms. The
candidate should ensure device compliance, policy enforcement, and end-user support across
Android, iOS, and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage and administer ScaleFusion MDM (preferred) or other MDM platforms like Intune / AirWatch / MobileIron.
 Enroll, configure, and monitor devices for compliance and security.
 Create and deploy policies, restrictions, and applications.
 Perform device troubleshooting and resolve policy enforcement issues.
 Generate compliance and activity reports for management.
 Coordinate with IT and InfoSec teams for alignment with corporate policies.
 Maintain documentation for configurations, SOPs, and incident records.

Required Skills:
 Hands-on experience in ScaleFusion MDM administration.
 Understanding of Android Enterprise and Apple DEP / VPP.
 Basic knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD.
 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:
 ScaleFusion Certified Administrator (if available)
 Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
 VMware Workspace ONE or MobileIron certification (optional)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and
printers. They will manage user accounts and permissions within Windows environments,
ensuring seamless access control and user support.

Key Responsibilities
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other related hardware.
 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Windows environments.
 Provide support for antivirus installation, operating system updates, and other standardized software applications.
 Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN.
 Handle and resolve user support tickets promptly and efficiently.
 Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and repairs.

Required Skills

Network Engineer

Job summary:

Network & Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the network infrastructure and security measures within an organization. This role requires expertise in networking technologies, network security, and firewall administration. The Network & Security Engineer collaborates with other IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the secure and efficient operation of the network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Network Design and Implementation: Designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, routers, switches, and wireless networks, based on business requirements and industry best practices.
2.Network Security Implementation: Implementing and managing network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), virtual private networks (VPN), and access control lists (ACLs).
3.Security Policy Development: Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network resources.
4.Network Monitoring and Analysis: Monitoring network traffic, identifying security threats, and conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2.Proven experience as a Network & Security Engineer or similar role, with expertise in network design, implementation, and security.
3.Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networks, etc.).
4.Experience with network security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
5.Familiarity with security frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
6.Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools (Wireshark, SNMP, etc.).
7.Strong understanding of network security principles, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
8.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex network and security issues.

Oracle DBA

Job description

  • The Oracle Database Administrator is responsible for configuring, administering, and maintaining the Oracle database environments.
  • Responsibilities include database upgrades, patching, security, troubleshooting and issue resolution, backup procedures, and performance tuning.
  • In addition, application DBA s will provide support and direction to developers and other support personnel as needed.
  • Daily responsibilities include monitoring production environment, providing acceptable system performance, and assuring data is protected and recoverable as required and assuring data is protected and recoverable as required.

  • Installation, configuration, tunning, patching, refreshes and upgrading database environment using different utilities.

Position overview

We are seeking an experienced GCP Administrator, with 3 to 5 years of experience, is responsible for the efficient and secure operation of the Google Cloud Platform environment. This role involves managing GCP resources, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring high availability and performance of cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Infrastructure Management:

· Create and manage GCP resources, including Virtual Machines (VMs), storage, networks, and databases.

· Implement and maintain a scalable and well-architected cloud infrastructure.

2. Security and Compliance:

· Configure and monitor security settings, identity and access management, and network security controls.
