Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Sales Lead to own the complete enterprise sales
lifecycle for Galaxy’s AI solutions — from lead origination and opportunity qualification
to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving AI revenue growth by identifying high-value
enterprise opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, structuring
commercial proposals, and successfully closing deals. You will work closely with the AI
Pre-Sales Consultant and technical leadership to ensure solution alignment and
commercial viability.
This role is ideal for an enterprise B2B sales professional who understands consultative
selling, can navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments, and is comfortable
selling concept-driven AI solutions even in early-stage or custom-development
scenarios.
You will work physically alongside senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the AI
vertical’s GTM strategy and revenue roadmap.
What You’ll Work On
- Lead Origination & Pipeline Development
Identify and generate enterprise AI sales opportunities across target industries
Build and maintain a strong qualified pipeline
Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Engage CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Opportunity Qualification & Sales Strategy
Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, budget, and feasibility
Structure account strategies and stakeholder maps
Work collaboratively with pre-sales for initial discovery conversations
Own CRM discipline and funnel hygiene
- Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
Lead commercial discussions including pricing, contract terms, and scope
alignment
Structure proposals aligned to enterprise procurement processes
Handle objections related to ROI, risk, deployment models, and timelines
Close deals while ensuring realistic delivery commitments
- Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with AI Pre-Sales Consultant for technical validation and AI
solutioning
Align with AI delivery teams on feasibility and timelines
Ensure seamless transition from sales to execution
- GTM Strategy & Revenue Growth
Contribute to AI GTM positioning and messaging
Identify emerging enterprise AI demand patterns
Provide structured feedback to leadership on market expectations
Help shape pricing models (PoC, subscription, enterprise deployment, etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications
6–10 years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience
Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals
Experience selling SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, or enterprise IT solutions
Strong consultative selling ability
Experience handling multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
Comfort engaging CXOs and senior decision-makers
Strong commercial negotiation skills
Structured thinking and strong communication skills
Familiarity with AI concepts (GenAI, automation, predictive analytics, agents, etc.) preferred
Ability to sell solution-driven engagements, not just oA-the-shelf products Desirable Skills

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Pre-Sales Consultant to work directly with senior
leadership on client discovery, AI opportunity identification, AI solution
storyboarding and pitching of AI-driven solutions to enterprise stakeholders.
In this role, you will be expected to actively storyboard and pitch AI solutions –
translating enterprise problems into structured AI approaches, system flows, and
outcome-driven narratives. While you will not design detailed architectures or write code,
you are expected to understand AI solutioning at a top level and confidently
communicate how AI systems work, what trade-oAs exist, and where value is created.
This role is ideal for an experienced MBA with an engineering background (CS / CE /
EE) who enjoys client interaction, structured thinking, and translating business pain
points into AI-enabled solution narratives.
You will work physically alongside leadership and play an active role in enterprise pre
sales and AI GTM strategy.
What You’ll Work On
- Client Discovery & Interaction
Attend client meetings alongside leadership and sales teams
Actively participate in business discovery conversations
Document client pain points, constraints, and success criteria
- AI Opportunity Mapping (High-Level)
Translate business problems into AI-addressable opportunity areas
Assist in mapping problems to AI categories (forecasting, NLP, GenAI, automation,
optimization, etc.)
Understand where AI is applicable vs where it is not
- Pre-Sales Deck & Proposal Support
Create and refine client-facing pre-sales decks
Structure problem statements, solution approaches, and value propositions
Assist in proposal narratives, solution summaries, and executive slides
- AI Solution Framing (Conceptual)
Support high-level solution framing such as:
o Logical system flows
o Cloud / deployment options
o Data requirements and assumptions
Coordinate with technical AI team members for deeper solution inputs
- Storyboard AI solutions by structuring:
Business problem → AI approach → system flow → business impact
Pitch AI solutions clearly and confidently in client meetings
Articulate why a specific AI approach is suitable—not just what it is
- Market & Client Research
Research client industries, competitors, and AI adoption patterns
Study how enterprises deploy AI in real-world settings
Convert research insights into structured inputs for sales and leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications
MBA background (Strategy / Finance / Marketing / Analytics preferred)
Engineering B.E./B.Tech. background (CS / CE / EE strongly preferred)
2–5 years of prior corporate or consulting experience, preferably in AI for Business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and clients
Ability to structure ambiguous problems clearly
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva
Strong conceptual understanding of AI solutioning, including system architectures, AI agents, GenAI, RAG, predictive modeling, and optimization approaches
Actively aware of current AI trends and able to translate them into enterprise relevant solution narratives
No coding required, but ability to explain how AI solutions work end-to-end is essential
Desirable Skills
Prior experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, or client presentations

Key Responsibilities:
As a Company Secretary and Legal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with corporate laws and providing legal support. Your responsibilities include:
- Secretarial Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable regulations.
o Prepare, maintain, and update statutory registers, records, and returns.
o Organize and manage board meetings, annual general meetings, and committee meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, and minutes.
o File necessary documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (RoC).
- Legal Advisory:
o Provide legal support and advice on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
o Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
o Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Regulatory Filings and Compliance:
o Handle filings related to SEBI, FEMA, RBI, and other regulatory bodies (if applicable).
o Ensure timely compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Other Responsibilities:
o Assist in due diligence and documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate actions.
o Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and corporate matters.
o Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance teams as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background:
o Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
o Law degree (LLB) is highly desirable.
- Experience:
