Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Sales Lead to own the complete enterprise sales
lifecycle for Galaxy’s AI solutions — from lead origination and opportunity qualification
to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving AI revenue growth by identifying high-value

The Commvault L2 Backup Engineer is responsible for providing advanced operational support, troubleshooting, and administration of enterprise backup environments leveraging Commvault solutions. This role involves resolving escalated issues, maintaining backup infrastructure, and ensuring data protection and recovery processes meet organizational requirements.

- General knowledge of networking fundamentals and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with capacity planning, utilization analysis, and backup optimization.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 or rotational shift environment as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Commvault or other enterprise backup solutions.
- Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell) is a plus.
- ITIL Foundation or experience in ITIL-based operational environments.
- Exposure to other backup solutions (Veeam, Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup) and storage technologies (NetApp, Dell EMC, Data Domain).
