Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and
printers. They will manage user accounts and permissions within Windows environments,
ensuring seamless access control and user support.

Key Responsibilities
 Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other related hardware.
 Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Windows environments.
 Provide support for antivirus installation, operating system updates, and other standardized software applications.
 Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN.
 Handle and resolve user support tickets promptly and efficiently.
 Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and repairs.
 Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of support activities.

Required Skills
 2 to 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
 Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and user account management.
 Basic understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues.
 Experience in installing and supporting antivirus and standard software.
 Ability to handle user tickets with a customer-focused approach.
 Good communication and collaboration skills to work with vendors and internal teams. Education
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
