Role Overview
The Commvault L2 Backup Engineer is responsible for providing advanced operational support, troubleshooting, and administration of enterprise backup environments leveraging Commvault solutions. This role involves resolving escalated issues, maintaining backup infrastructure, and ensuring data protection and recovery processes meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and optimize enterprise backup environments using Commvault.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve L2-level incidents, including backup failures, restore issues, and infrastructure errors.
